We now accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover! In order to pay with a credit card, you must call Holly's Hobby at 806.674.8820. We do not have the ability to accept credit from our website. Upon receipt of your payment, we will email or text (your preference) you a detailed invoice with your total purchase price.
As always, we also accept checks or money orders. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an invoice with your total purchase price including the address in which to mail your payment. Please note that we will hold your order until your payment has been received and clears our bank.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the problem. Please note the following:
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL on personalized items.
*Non-personalized items in original packaging and condition may be returned for a full refund, less the shipping charges, within 10 days of shipment receipt.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL on "Spoon" Fudge.
We can not accept returns on food items.
*ALLERGY NOTICE: ALL FUDGE FLAVORS ARE PRODUCED IN A KITCHEN WHERE NUTS, WHEAT AND MILK PRODUCTS ARE HANDLED.
Tin designs will vary and no design will be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change tin stock without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
Holly's Hobby values our outstanding customer service, which includes safe-guarding our customers’ privacy. Consequently, we will not share personal information that we collect from our customers with any other business or person. We will not sell such information under any circumstances. We will contact you by telephone only when it is necessary in order to fill and ship your order.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All of our handcrafted products can be machine washed and dried. We recommend using cold water, mild detergent and a medium dryer setting.
Please, DO NOT use chlorinated bleach on any of our products! This will destroy the embroidery and minky fabrics.
Our Burpies, backpacks, curling iron covers and pillowcases may be ironed on a medium heat setting.
DO NOT IRON THE WOOBIES, MINKY BLANKETS, or TOWEL WRAPS!
"SPOON" FUDGE
"Spoon" fudge has an excellent shelf life and will easily last 3-4 weeks in a room temperature setting. We do not recommend refrigerating our fudge, as it may discolor and cause it to dry out. However, "Spoon" Fudge can be frozen for several months with no effect whatsoever on the product. Please note: Most of our customers tell us it doesn't last more than 2-3 hours, because they eat it of course!!
